Lacinato/Black or Dinosaur Kale

Lacinato/Black or Dinosaur Kale purchased at International City Farmer's Market. Be on the lookout at your local farmer's market or whole foods store. We love this kale, it is straight, not curly (the variety usually sold in grocery stores) and has a great flavor. We think it is less bitter and therefore is a great change. We like it sautéed with caramelized onions and mushrooms or we make kale chips. Here is a link on this type of kale. We encourage you to try variety of kale before you say you don't like kale.
