Roasted White Radish and Leaves

We purchased this Daikon (white radish) from Local Lands (an organic farm who sells their vegetables and other items at the International City Farmers' Market on Thursdays). It was so beautiful we almost didn't want to cook it, but we did and it was great! We just peeled, sliced and roasted it with a little oil. We even cooked the leaves, similar to the way we make our kale chips on pg.58.
