Don't Forget to Freeze Those Bananas...Don't Throw Them Away!

What to do with ripe bananas? Freeze them of course. Don't forget, it is important to keep your food prep going. If you do a little bit at a time it won't be overwhelming.






Cut up prior to putting them in a freezer bag if you do not have a high powered blender. See pgs. 93 & 107





If you have a garden throw peels in composite pile.
